Root Beer by Jane (Millet) Bryson

Root Beer

From Jane Bryson

1 bottle Root Beer extract

5 lbs. sugar

5 gallons water

10 lbs. dry ice

Pour extract over sugar in large container. Add water and then dry ice. Cover

and let sit, stirring occasionally until ice is sublimated.
